[Short Review] Oatside Choco oat milk review: The thing that hit me, unlike other chocolate milk.

It ain't just milk, it's something else that hits more.

Hi EvolGarlic here, here's another good one from your Blogletter called EGG! :

Last time when the EGG was review something milky, but not come from the cow, and it was chocolate flavour, it was a big cube of soymilk with a taste so smooth that it can be described as a silver bullet's bath if it was showering (well i didn't said that, but i think it up right now as i type, beside, it was that smooth)

This time, in this article about chocolate milk, the source of the chocolate flavor is not from a cow, but rather from oats.

And this oatmilk is from the brand that I never thought I was buying in the small UHT Box size: Oatside.

SO, the story was, I was walking through the 7-11, buying something that my mama had requested, and I was walking around the refrigeration area where all the drinks and milks are living (the zone where they have a product inside a fridge like doors) and i saw the little box of Oatside Chocolate Oat Milk was in it, i thought to myself :

"Is this a milk brand that I only know about that was in the big size box? Why is this small-size UHT box in this fridge, and why was it only 12 baht?"

Of course, I might think like that, but in reality, I just look at it, and thought "Hmm, oat milk? let's taste it" and grab two boxes.

After tasting it for the first time that evening, 2 boxes to be exact, I was very confused about the taste, which is unlike many other choco milk I have chugged, so I went for more, 2 boxes in the next few days, to actually confirm the taste.

Despite the size that was too small, and the collapsible straw, which is kinda irritating to the milk flow from the box to my mouth (which then I drink it without a straw) the unique thing about this box of milk is the taste, which i have to tell you that i am trying oat milk first time here, but the thing i catch most is that, the pure cocao powder has hitting my taste buds, little malt taste, and all of it was delivered by the smooth but so little taste of oat, no, the oat taste is not little in the bad way, but it was deliver the cocao flavor but you don't notice it, it was like the oat milk is gently waveing hand at the background while riding the cocao powder wave in the field of the tastebuds.

To sum it up :

If you are looking for something that has a chocolate taste and is delivered in milk, but hits the spot differently, like a "!" in your taste bud, which I definitely have fallen in love with, then this box of Oatside will do it for you, and hey, it's Dairy-free and lactose-free, FYI.

(if you don't mind the collapsible straw, which in my opinion is not delivering the taste well enough than a chug straight from it)

Find'em in the most convenient store like 7-11 or BigC!

Score: 9 points out of 10.
