To be honest with you, my veggies intake can pretty much be described as "Low"

As much as I wanted to have veggies in my meals every day, it was hard to do because I do not bother to buy a cabbage and clean it and then chop it up into a strip, but to be honest, that was the reason why I don't incorporate vegetables.

Sometimes, I was itching in my mind, and my healthy curiosity was sparking and probably slapped some sense into my mind: "Come on, do it," while I was trying to but couldn't.

Don't worry about it; if you can not do it now (because my budget is not ready), there is a way to incorporate the goodness of veggies into your guts in the form of a drink.

That's is what I found out when I walked into 7-11 (again, because that is the only store in my town, imagine that I have three 7 11 to shop) and saw a bottle of a Chlorophyll drink named "QminC Chlorophyll Extract" a green bottle that looks tempting to grab one and drinks it up.

And that is what exact thing I had done for days now, drinking this "Chlorophyll," a name that I heard first when my neighbors discussed the name "Chlorophyll" years ago, 10+ years ago, to be exact.

How Does it Taste?

Well, after chugging it up like the madman I was, I can sum it up as :

"A funky way led by the taste of lemon and grape, while those two tastes trick your tastebuds, a Chlorophyll taste was a hidden punch that delivers right to your tongue, greeny taste that you know that it is "It"."

To Sum It Up.

This bottle of Chlorophyll Extract is one of the tasty beverages that I think I can live by because it is healthy.

But things like these have to be taken in moderation, not just chugging 3+ bottles every day because it's "Healthy."

Balance it up, and you have a nice balance of power of all food, including this bottle of Chlorophyll.

Although the price for each one of these bottles is 25 baht, it is a little bit expensive, but still, the taste is nice.
